Processing & Fulfillment
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Times & Carriers
Shipping times vary depending on the destination and the local carrier handling final delivery. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates, as delays may occur due to customs, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. However, all orders are sent with full tracking, ensuring visibility throughout the shipping process.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. If you have not received tracking details within the estimated processing time, please check your spam/junk folder before reaching out.

Please note that once a package has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for any transit delays, lost, stolen, or undeliverable packages. Any delivery issues must be addressed directly with the carrier.
Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs fees, duties, or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs processing.
Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be modified once they have been shipped. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@ouionestudio.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, we cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed.
