By purchasing our products, the Customer acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for their use and waives any claims against the Company, its owners, employees, affiliates, and manufacturers.

4. Product Quality & Manufacturing Disclaimer
While Oui One works closely with manufacturers to ensure quality and safety, we do not guarantee that any product is indestructible, failsafe, or suitable for all pets. Normal wear and tear, improper maintenance, exposure to extreme conditions, or modifications made by the user may compromise the product’s integrity. Customers should inspect all items regularly for signs of wear or damage.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use or inability to use our products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In jurisdictions that do not allow such limitations, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the purchase, import, possession, and use of our products comply with local regulations. The Company makes no representations regarding the legality of its products in any specific jurisdiction.

7. Online Sales & Shipping Liability
All sales are subject to our terms and conditions, including shipping policies. The Company is not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party carriers.
